"On October 3rd my suv broke down on ridge avenue, I called the office, Brian answered I explained the situation, she called a lot of tow truck companies with me on the phone (she wasn’t leaving me alone she said). She stayed in contact and if we weren’t on the phone she called back to make sure that I was ok!!! She actually stayed later than her 8 hour day to take care of me and my situation!! There are not words to tell her how thankful and appreciative I am!! She made a very stessful situation less stressful with her help!!! She definitely went above and beyond for me and will forever be grateful!!"

"On Thursday September 5 2024 My wife and I met with Karen Shields. We were contacted by her office for the appointment to insure our policy’s were in order. My wife and are retired now and over 65. I had the same insurance company until a year ago. My renewal for insurance had been received and the car rates almost tripled. I tried inquiring the reason for this. It was a shock due to never having an accident or claim. The agent told me that they had no control, it was corporate. He also stated if I thought I could find a lower rate good luck. The statement convinced me to start shopping. After an extensive search I met with Karen’s office and was very impressed. The rates were about the same as previous insurance company before the increase I had received. I felt extremely comfortable with my agent Breana she is helpful and knowledgeable . I switch both homeowners, automobiles & RV to Karen Shields State Farm Insurance. But after the first year the amazing part was meeting with Karen Shields. The sole purpose of the meeting was to insure nothing had change and if it was found to be incorrect, get it corrected. Also explaining a new roof replacement option State Farm now offers. I did not voice this during our meeting, but I have never had an insurance company or agent sit down to insure everything was in order. Or insure I was aware of all policy options. I feel like I have found a company and an agency that is there for me. I now wish I had done this years ago. Karen Shields has my business for the long haul. I recommend her agency without reservations ."

"Rhonda has been wonderful!!! We were with State Farm previously over 20 years and left for "cheaper" insurance. That was a HUGE mistake because with cheaper comes poor service. We stayed in touch with Rhonda and finally came back to State Farm recently. Rhonda was fantastic and gave us all the options we wanted to see for coverages. Anytime we have an issue or need something changed she is always happy to help and does it immediately. We will not be leaving again!!!!"
